Though a bit of a feather brain and very silly Velia is a good natured force of destruction with a love for her friends and animals.

Nelly

After surviving the downfall of her world, Nelly just wants to live her life in peace. That will never happen because of Velia’s tendency to get in trouble with the local freaks of nature. Even still, Nelly cares deeply for Velia and her lost family.
